Terms and Conditions
Contract / Agreement :
The contract is between “Medi-Tour S.A. de C.V
-either operator or agent- and any person (client) traveling
or intending to travel on an itinerary or tour supplied
. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance
with the Mexican law. The actions, claims, demands or
suits arising out of this agreement shall be exclusively
justifiable in the courts of the said territory .
Motor Home Adventure has the sole authority to vary
or omit any of these terms.
Quotations:
All quotations are subject to availability of services
quoted and are not guaranteed until the deposit is received
and booking confirmed. Some quotations will have validity
dates on them and if a deposit is not received by that
expiry date, then the quotation will be automatically
canceled without notification to the client.
Bookings:
To secure a booking, Motor Home Adventure requires a
completed booking form, E-Mail or Fax sent by the client
(the client must be over 25 years old). Details of a
valid major credit card are required (name, number and
expire date). A booking is valid from the date Motor
Home Adventure confirms the acceptance. Motor Home Adventure
reserves the right to decline any rental request at
their discretion.
Deposits:
A deposit of US$500.00 will be required to confirm any
booking. This amount will be returned to the client
when the travel ended. To recover this amount in full,
it is necessary to return the vehicle with no damages.
Final payment:
Should be made in advance.
Minimum rental period :
Three days.
Cancellations:
Must be done by Mail or Fax.
If a cancellation is made at least 15 days before the
reservation date, the client recovers 100% of the US$500.00
deposit.
If a cancellation is made 15 to 10 days before the reservation
date, the client recovers 50% of the US$500.00 deposit.
If a cancellation is made 10 to 5 days before the reservation
date, the client recovers 25% of the US$500.00 deposit.
If a cancellation is made less then 5 days before the
reservation date, there wont be any return.
Rental Contract:
No rentals will be made without reading and signing
the proper local contract. This document must be signed
when the service starts.
Driver´s capability:
No rentals will be made if the driver shows limitations
to drive in a safe way a Motor Home.
Geographical limits:
No rentals will be made outside the Mexican borders.
Insurance:
Insurance is a must in any Motor-Home rental.
Rates and Conditions quoted are subject
to change without notice.
Motor Home Adventure reserves
the right to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas
due to adverse road or weather conditions.
